ACCORDING TO ART. 45 OF THE INSURANCE ACT

General

ARISCO Holding AG and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "ARISCO") are independent insurance intermediaries for all classes of insurance and are subject to the Insurance Supervision Act.

Client consultants

In addition to ARISCO itself, the company's client consultants also hold the registration required to provide brokerage services as described in the Insurance Supervision Act.

Brokerage services

The scope of the brokerage services is subject to the brokerage agreement concluded between ARISCO and the client.

Cooperation with insurance companies

ARISCO has cooperation agreements with all major Swiss-licensed insurance companies but is not legally, economically or otherwise bound to enter into any insurance business as defined in the insurance supervision legislation.

Claims for damages

ARISCO adheres to the "Professional Profile of Swiss Insurance Brokers and Code of Conduct" issued by the SIBA Association of Swiss Insurance Brokers on 29.10.2008 as well as the quality manual according to ISO standards.

ARISCO Holding AG is liable for negligence, errors or incorrect information.
