Simple and correct implementation of the GDPR

Data protection

Since 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been in force for the EU area. This regulation is intended to protect the privacy of the individual and give them informational self-determination over their personal data. In Switzerland, too, virtually all companies are affected by the new regulation. Those who do not comply face massive penalties: Up to 4 percent of annual turnover or up to 20 million euros in fines can be imposed in extreme cases. For you as an entrepreneur this means more work and bureaucracy.

We advise you on the implementation of organisational measures to comply with the GDPR and check whether your guidelines, contracts and privacy statements are compatible. And we support you in the event of damage, take care of formalities and work to enforce your claims.
