Mandatsleiter/In (100%) im Bereich Nicht-Leben

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pflege, Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Akquisition von neuen Kunden
  • Permanenter Auf- und Ausbau des eigenen Kundenportefeuilles
  • Betreuung von Versicherungsverträgen und Ausschreibungen mit Prämien- und Leistungsvergleichen
  • Präsentation beim Kunden
  • Punktuelle Unterstützung des Geschäftsstellenleiters bei seinen Mandaten
  • Stellvertretung bei Abwesenheit des Geschäftsstellenleiters

Unsere Anforderungen / Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche, sowie über einen Fachausweis im Versicherungswesen und einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Allbranchen-Versicherung oder bei einem Versicherungsbroker,
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise aus,
  • Sie sind zuverlässig und belastbar, Ihr Handeln ist geprägt von einer hohen Dienstleistungsbereitschaft,
  • Ihr ausgeprägtes Teamdenken und Ihre angenehmen Umgangsformen runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Die deutsche Sprache beherrschen Sie stilsicher in Wort und Schrift, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und jede weitere Fremdsprache sind von Vorteil.

Management Assistant (w/m) 80 - 100%

In our owner-managed SME, you will not only be able to use your proven commercial skills, but also manage internal projects and actively shape the development process. In this attractive, newly created role, you will take over important support tasks within the organisation and report directly to the CEO.

The tasks you can look forward to

  • Supporting the Executive Board, particularly the CEO, in all organisational and administrative matters
  • General administrative support with creating reports and internal communications
  • Supporting internal projects and follow-up with corresponding responsibility for implementation
  • Supporting the creation of company and client presentations (e.g. for tenders)
  • Contact point for the internal ARISCO project portfolio (coordination and monitoring of projects, management of smaller own projects)
  • Supporting with preparations for and during management and executive meetings

Your skills and competencies

  • Commercial apprenticeship and/or bachelor's degree, supplemented by solid further education in the fields of marketing, communication, controlling and/or general management
  • At least five years of professional experience, ideally in corporate client/consultancy business in the insurance sector, the broker environment and/or in the service industry with B2B relevance in the SME sector
  • Digital mindset of generation Y, with top user knowledge of the MS Office environment
  • The ability to set priorities and contribute ideas with good self-management
  • An independent, service-oriented personality of integrity
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, any other foreign language, e.g. French, is welcome
